(Dah dua minggu entry ni tersimpan dalam draft. Jom kita #throwback balik)
Dah 7 bulan kahwin, ni baru je pergi honeymoon =)
We planned it a long time ago and were supposed to go in December, but things got busy, so we just biarkan.
To be honest, kat rumah pun dah macam honeymoony. Bila pergi travel, it is much extra la kan sebab view dia cantik, bebas dari cengkaman kerja dan jam yang sama everyday. Sincerely, we just needed a break. It was so hectic for us this year. I was spinning in a hurricane of work, meeting, extra jobs for housewife, wedding invitations, and all other things.
So i was really looking forward a break. So was he.
But tu la. ok! Get back to our holiday trip to Pulau Pangkor.
It was an unplanned trip. Husband buat surprise when i took my leave day on Friday. Macam biasa, pantang dapat cuti i will make sure my home is clean and organized well. I want my home to be in order so i'm free to nurture relationships and enjoy living, tapi tak nak lah jadi slave to my housekeeping routines, kan? So, i keep it simple.
Okay, that's another part. Nanti boleh cerita panjang lebar lagi. Ehee..
As i was busy keeping the house clean while watching tv, suddenly hubs called and informed that were going somewhere. I taught dia buat lawak when he mentioned, "b, jom kita pergi honeymoon kat Pangkor sekarang. cepat siap tau." And i don't take that seriously. Dia gurau kot. Dah la tak prepare apa-apa arrghh!
Balik je, i saw his faces; "yelah betul dia nak holiday ni". Hehee. I just prepared telekung dan quran je dalam luggage bila dia sampai rumah (in order tak jadi boleh simpan balik XD lol). Okaylaa, i pun begun to pack everything i could. Sejam packing dah siap. Drama sangat =)
We chose to stay overnight at our aunt's house in Ipoh to save cost per night hotel sementara nak sampai Lumut. Alhamdulillah jimat. Along the way from KL to Ipoh, i played my role searching any budget hotel or chalet yang dekat dengan sea view. Esoknya we booked chalet terpilih which looking good and strategic.
It was really nice and simple.
We got our chalet as fast as google. Booked it for 3 days and 2 nights package. Dapat duduk chalet yang ada pool (exclusively macam 4-5 stars hotel wah!) for a really reasonable price. Alhamdulillah :')
People in Pangkor are super nice and friendly! Most of them are Malays and Chinese. In my chalet area, most restaurants and markets are Malays. So, bila keluar je dari chalet, jalan 5 minit, terus nampak ada sea view, stalls, restaurants and markets which i adore. Nak makan apa, cakap je semua ada! Ikan bakar paling my faberet, yummiey :P Sewa kereta and motor pun ada kat Pangkor. So, senang :) Kami sewa motor for second day.
Shopping there ok la. Souvenirs boleh dapat merata-rata tempat. We just bought seluar Pangkor (yang bercorak corak tuuu) kat sana since we both takde seluar untuk snorkeling. Tapi hubs and i went to Lumut and get souvenirs there mostly. Sebab senang. Semua ada in one place, and cheaper too. Hubs paling suka beli ikan bilis mata biru kat situ, sebab sedap sangat dan aku pun suka sebab tak banyak ragam bila masak! Hehe
Yang paling best kat Pangkor is when hubs took me tour the island naik motor. Habis satu pulau kita pusing! Feel amazinggg bila pagi tu dapat hirup fresh air, dan jalan-jalan lihat perkampungan nelayan di Pangkor. Feel humble when i saw people there membanting tulang pagi dan petang mencari rezeki. And most of their income comes from berniaga. Seeing them happy pulak tu! MashaAllah :') Kais pagi makan pagi, kais petang makan petang - tanpa putus asa. Deep.
So in summary, here are the pictures untuk lebih senang korang buat review Pulau Pangkor bila pergi singgah nanti :D
I chose this chalet sebab semuanya ada kat situ, senang! Dan paling penting selesa dan dekat dengan pantai. Kalau ada any company nak buat activities, seminar or dinner, i would suggest this place sebab best sangat! Siap berkaraoke bagai bila kami datang! hiks. Thank you for the great services Pangkor Bay View! :)

Pangkor Bay View Beach Resort |
By the way, masa cuti macam ni akan riuhlah pulau ni. Area paling riuh adalah tempat resort kami, which is in Teluk Nipah. Kalau weekdays, sunyi sepi and most of the activities are done on weekends and public holliday.

Snorkeling |
Jujurnya, i'm not that good in breathing using my mouth. Rasa lemas pun ada sebab guna snorkel. Respect much to my sister and those who went on diving course to get the license. Bukan calang-calang orang, kan? :)
Beware: Dengan batu-batu kat sini sebab ianya licin dan some of them are tajam. You might get hurt kalau tak hati-hati masa nak naik batu after puas snorkeling tu. Hubs and i both terkena kat kaki dan pedih sikit. Sampai gatal-gatal kaki akibat kesan parut tu. Things got better when i took shake herbalife with protein. Makin back to normal Alhamdulillah. Just, beware ya :)
Oh ya! Antara banyak-banyak stall kat pulau ni, burger dekat tempat snorkeling ni la paling best! If you ever singgah snorkeling here, please detect a small stall yang jual burger and drinks dengan an old man doing such a job, yang menyebabkan ramai queue untuk dapatkan burger yang terlaris sedap! Wallaah, i tell you ^,^

Oooo okay, macam tu lah kisahnya :) Lepas dah habis survey dan bergambar, we both pun balik ke chalet sebab kepenatan. Satu island kot tour! :D Malam tu we both had dinner ikan bakar bawal emas kat tepi pantai, ditemani angin sepoi-sepoi bahasa. Cewah, dah habis dah cerita =)
Till then a short review (boleh cakap short lagi ni sebab review that i made tak detail haha) tentang Pulau Pangkor! :D Banyak lagi nak cerita tapi my time is ringing back there menandakan 'times up!'
I learned that sometimes, we have to do what we want to do. But, in doing what we want to do.. it takes patience, struggles, tears and sacrifices.
I learned being so thankful to The Almighty and sharing the joy with nature, things and people. I feel grateful having him (Mr hubs) as my companion (and InshaAllah till Jannah).
I learned that while i'm complaining about my little problems in life, somebody is actually fighting for theirs. Ada yang jauh lagi susah :'( Being in far from busy city and hectic jam, makes me realized of who am i today. Rasa bebas, tak terungkap duduk kat pulau ni :)
Hey, you should be happy and thankful! You are worth in life baby! :')
Thank you Allah for every opportunities that come my way and from every smile I come across with.
There's much more stories and pictures bout us, and our honey-moony great holiday. But, lets keep it private then! Tehee :) Assalamualaikum people!
